Trying something new can feel intimidating—we get it. But walking through our doors isn't about being perfect, it's about showing up for yourself. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the difference: real people, real support, and a community that meets you exactly where you are.

Our classes aren't just about sweating it out. They're about finding strength you didn't know you had, quieting the noise of the day, and reconnecting with the version of you that feels alive, confident, and strong. This isn't one-size-fits-all yoga & fitness. It's your journey—and we're here to help you breathe, move, and thrive along the way.

What To Expect

Here is everything you need to know to make your first class a breeze!

  1. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a tour, make you feel at home and answer any questions you may have.
  2. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. We have complimentary filtered water, as well as yoga mats & towels for rent.
  3. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move & sweat.
  4. Come to class hydrated.
  5. Avoid eating a huge meal right before class.
