Hot Yoga is a disciplined practice that builds focus, restores balance, and wrings tension from the body. Rooted in the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this enhanced version adds hip-openers, strength and breath work to counter the effects of long hours sitting, scrolling, or hunched at a desk.

The therapeutic infrared heat softens muscles, protects joints, and helps you move more deeply without forcing it. The sweat is more than physical—it's a release, helping to calm an overworked nervous system, clear mental clutter, and restore focus.

You'll leave with a stronger spine, more open hips, and a grounded, lighter energy you can carry into the rest of your day.

Power Vinyasa (heated/unheated)

This class blends dynamic, breath-led movement with intentional transitions that build strength, flexibility, and presence—all in the heat to help you move deeper and sweat with purpose.

You'll challenge your balance and endurance without rushing, moving with intention and curiosity. It's a practice designed to leave you feeling clear-headed, strong-bodied, and connected to yourself beneath the noise.
