Breathe Hot Yoga allows for each teacher to find His or Her own voice within the guidelines of the series, really allowing the teaching of Yoga to grow and be passed on to yet another group of yogis thus continuing the beauty and strength of yoga as a force in our world. During the apprenticeship we as a group learned about the poses, about the body and about what it means to practice yoga and how to give instruction verbally to guide students and fellow yogis through the series safely.
